SHIPPING: We strive to deliver all products within 10-15 days after the order has been successfully placed. However, the some extra time might be taken due to the location of delivery.
RETURN & EXCHANGE : We, at Anoushka Agarwal, do not have a return policy. All of our products undergo rigorous quality checks, and we try our best to ensure every product reflects our commitment to perfection. However, in the following scenarios, the product can be exchanged:
Manufacturing Defect: If there is a manufacturing defect from our side, we can take the product back and provide you with a new one. After receiving the returned item, we will run a quality test. Upon approval of any manufacturing defect for which we are responsible, we will remake the item you purchased.
Incorrect Size or Fit: If the garment received is of an incorrect size or does not fit as per your expectations or requirements, we can alter or exchange it. For such customisation, please mail us at info.anoushkaagarwal@gmail.com. We will exchange any item in the same state as how you received it, ensuring: All labels and tags are intact. It has not been worn, washed, or altered. It has no stains. To make an exchange: Mail us at info.anoushkaagarwal@gmail.com with EXCHANGE (PRODUCT NAME) as the subject line.
OTHER TERMS & CONDITIONS
No exchange request will be entertained after 24 hours of delivery. The item(s) returned fail to imply fault from our side during the quality check as such we reserve the right to reject any exchange request if the product is found to be used or is in unsatisfactory condition. The product has to be sent back in the same way as it was sent to you. Please ensure it is completely packed and sealed. In case of exchange, Anoushka Agarwal cannot be held responsible for any products that are lost during transit. Therefore, please inform us once you send it back and keep all the tracking details until we confirm its delivery.
